Privacy Policy for Tiffin Rush, a food-packing puzzle game provided by Astral Yard.

This policy describes the current Android test version. Its optional rewarded ads use Google's test ad units. Test advertising still uses Google's services. We will review this policy before a public release or a material change to data handling.

1. Who we are

Astral Yard provides Tiffin Rush. For privacy questions, support or requests concerning information you have sent us, email astralyard.support@gmail.com.

2. Information stored on your device

The game stores puzzle progress, completed orders, stars, sound preferences, earned Help credits and an age category locally. These records let the game resume and apply its privacy settings. There is no game account, login or developer-operated cloud save in this version.

When you answer the age question, the game converts the entered number to an under-18 or adult category. Choosing to skip saves an unspecified category. The exact age is not retained by the game or sent by our game code. The saved category applies to this installation; it is a self-declaration, not identity verification or a separate profile for each person using a shared device.

3. Advertising and Google services

For players who declare an age of 18 or above, the game uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform to handle privacy choices and optional rewarded advertising. The consent check occurs at startup for this group; ad loading may occur before you choose to watch an ad, when Google's consent status permits it. Choosing free Help does not by itself prevent this background loading.

When these services operate, Google may process your IP address and approximate location derived from it, app and ad interactions, performance and diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID. Processing depends on the SDK configuration, device settings and applicable privacy choices. Google uses this information for advertising, measurement, service operation and fraud prevention.

4. Children and players of unspecified age

The game provides its puzzles and free Help to players under 18 and those who do not provide an age. For these categories, our game code does not initialize the advertising or consent flow and does not offer rewarded ads. The game does not ask children for an email address, account, photograph or exact date of birth.

A parent or guardian who has concerns, or believes personal information was sent to us by a child, can contact our support address. Please avoid sending unnecessary information about a child.

5. Support messages

If you email Astral Yard, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate problems and handle privacy requests. Our email provider processes these messages to deliver and store our correspondence. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information.

6. Sharing and international processing

The game does not upload your local puzzle save to an Astral Yard server. Where advertising services are active, Google processes the information described above. Email service providers process support correspondence. These providers may process information outside your country under their own published policies and applicable safeguards. We may disclose support information where legally required.

7. Retention and deletion

Local game records remain until you clear the app's storage or otherwise remove its data. Clearing storage removes progress, preferences, Help credits and the stored age category. Device or operating-system backup settings may retain or restore app data separately.

We retain support correspondence while needed to resolve the request, maintain necessary support records or meet legal obligations. You can request deletion by emailing us; information that must be retained for legal reasons may be excluded. Google's retention and deletion practices are described in its policies. Clearing the game does not automatically delete information already processed by Google or email providers.

8. Your choices

• You may skip the age question and continue playing without ads.
• Eligible adult players can open Settings → Ad privacy choices when that option is available to revisit the applicable consent choices.
• You can manage your advertising ID through Android's privacy settings, where supported.
• You can clear the app's storage in Android settings to remove its local records. This also deletes your progress.
• You can contact us about access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights available under applicable law. We may need sufficient information to verify and handle your request.

9. This webpage

This page contains no analytics scripts, advertising pixels or contact forms added by Astral Yard. The hosting provider may process connection and security information needed to deliver the page. Following an external link or sending an email is subject to the relevant provider's practices.

10. Changes and contact

We will update this page and its date when our practices change. Where required, material changes will also be communicated in the game or through another appropriate notice.
